The recruiter asked a lot of a sales questions and leadership type questions. She also wanted to know why I wanted to work for At&t and what makes At&t so different.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2011
Interview
I had a brief sit-down interview with two of ATT's Supply Chain and Fleet Operations directors. The position was for a full-time, paid, summer internship. They reviewed my CV and asked questions about how my experience meshed with their business lines. Then I was asked a few typical interview questions. Interview was formal, non-behavioral, and quick. (Basically a screening for best-fit candidates.)
