Interview
Applied online to multiple positions and was called by a hiring manager to ask about my skills and what interested me in the job. I was set up with with an interview in the store where I met with an assistant manager and the store manager. Called later in the day to schedule another interview the following day with the store manager and regional manager. Waited a couple weeks and they called to say I received the position.

Interview
Applied through school's careerlink, received email a week or so later asking to set up phone interview. First round was with outside hiring firm, basic behavioral questions about firm. Second round was with AT&T recruiter, again asking behavioral and "why AT&T" questions. Third round was at local branch with regional sales manager. This one was much more informal, with me basically asking him questions about life on the job.
