Applied for the position online, and received a call from HR about a month later. Setup a phone interview where they just verified application information. Then I had to fill out a behavioral quiz online, submit background check, and drug test. After passing the tests, I went to 7 weeks of training at their facilities.

1st phase - presentation of the company and position, assessments on technical skills and English language proficiency (my native language is Portuguese).
2nd phase - group interview with embedded personality test.
3rd phase - face-to-face interview led by 2 supervisors. Visit to the work place.
4th phase - background check.
