was contacted by AT&T regarding an opportunity based on resume I had posted. Got called in for an in house assessment and then for a 1:1 interview. it mainly consists of behavioral questions and it was not that bad. got the offer letter 2 days later and am now looking forward to joining the training program!

The phone interview was more of an assessment. She didn't go into technical questions as I originally would've thought. The 1:1interview was very straight forward. I interviewed with the hiring manager and 1-2 other people that worked in the department.

Applies for the job online, Was contacted with in a week about a pre test, then was informed of the real test, it consisted of 2 parts, on a basic knowledge test and a really stupid computer test. If you passed the test then you were send back for a interview. and if hired with in a week you were sent to training.
