Got invitation to OA about a week after applying. 4 very easy questions, 2 math 1 programming 1 SQL. Received an invitation to schedule interview right after. Interview is with two current TDP members, and is technical, 1 coding question which was very easy, then they moved onto system design which I was not prepared for. Interviewers were nice and explained the process easily

Question 1
How would you prepare and plan the design of a system to upper management?
The interview process is a multi-stage evaluation to assess a candidate's skills and cultural fit, typically starting with a screening and moving through several rounds of interviews. Key stages include initial phone screenings, formal interviews (in-person, video, or phone) with different people, skills assessments, and final interviews with senior staff, followed by background checks and an offer. The candidate also uses the process to determine if the company is a good fit for them by asking questions.
