I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Straightforward and quick. They asked a lot of product management question specific to agile methodology and how you can work cross functionally. Might end up speaking to 2 people at a time instead of one
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Denver, CO) in Feb 2024
Interview
My interview was a typical tell me about a time...star interview. I had prepped various scenarios, wrote answers on index cards following the star model and practiced in advance. when it came time for the interview, it was easy peasy since i thoroughly prepped.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had a dissatisfied customer. what did you do to correct it?
The most chaotic hiring process, nothing was smooth. Get ready for the most competitive program ever. My 'class' started out as 50 and ended with 24. Great way to get into sales though!!!
