Interview
Very basic interview layout. Routinely scripted and smooth. Manager asks personal but friendly questions. It was a nice experience. The one on one interview is the last step and most likely means that you have the job. So if you want the job, go beyond the norm and speak to a store manager and make yourself known and ambitious.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2008
Interview
I got called into do a in person interview and was asked to come in within the next few hours. I was on my way to the beach at the time, however needed the job so turned around, changed and went in for the interview. The manager latter told me it was that dedication that landed me the job. Guess you have to show that its worth it to you.
