Accenture Program Manager interview questions

Three round interview process, first with a team member, then the hiring manager than a group interview. The group interview was with multiple team members and took sometime. Overall the process was smooth, and everyone was nice and informative.

this was perhaps one of the absolute worst interviews i have ever done. I applied in early October and heard back early november to apply. their replies took 1.5 weeks each time for me to get answer back and they kept cancelling their interview with me and they told me like 1hr before it happened. The lack of commitment in allowing a candidate to be kept in the loop of where they are in the hiring process and such was a really great indicator for where i was going to be hired into.
