Accenture Program Manager interview questions

Accenture was looking for a Program Manager and had a posting on their website. A recruiter called me and set up a basic phone interview/ There were questions about my background and the details of projects and programs I had led. Next was a skills interview with a Manager where we discussed project management methodologies and the details of the position and where they were with there PMO development
