Accenture Technical Lead interview questions

2 rounds on technical and one managerial round. Batch apex, API, lightning, connected apps, sharing model, sharing settings, with sharing or without sharing, future methods, rest and soap API call outs, integration. Interview was average levela and the process took almost a week to generate offer.

The Hiring process is as below: 1)Skills interview 2) Document submission 3) Final Interview The 1st round was good, the interviewer asked few basic Informatica technical questions. some Transformation/Automation related questions. For the final round, the HR mismatched the skills of the interviewer & twice assigned a wrong technology person to interview me. There was a gap of almost 4 weeks between the 1st & 2nd round. Since the Skill mismatch happened, so the 2nd round was rescheduled after another 1.5 week. Thus, it took > 3months from the time I applied till the final round of interview. The entire process was very stressful & de motivating for me & the HR team of this company really needs to work towards it.
