Accenture UX Designer interview questions

HR call me for a job, then I proceed the portfolio with them, a month later I went to on site interview for a long session about project. I am able to skip most of the screening process because the portfolio i sent is detailed enough.

Four steps interview process: 1) 30 mins phone interview with HR 2) 30 mins - 60 mins interview with the UX designer 3) Two design exercises, choose one to finish and have a 60mins presentation with the whole design team 4) Meet two top leaders
