Adyen Technical Support Engineer interview questions

First interview with HR; Second interview with technical support engineers; Third interview with technical support region head, and he assigned a challenge and gave you two weeks; In the middle of challenge, HR asked me to do the fourth interview with local technical support team; And later, they told I didn't pass the fourth interview. Therefore, what you have done for the challenge is deprecated. I mean what the point of doing a challenge while having another interview in the middle that say people is not suitable ??????

Asked about urself..Adyen Formula..About the role..and motivation..I had done a lot of research and went for the interview but didn’t get selected (u get d reply next day itself) cz they thought even tho i had a good personality I didn’t stress much on the motivation part..guess something else is awaiting for me🤷🏻‍♀️
