Agoda Dev Manager Team interview questions

Surreal. After applying a phone interview with some Idan Zalzberg. He came late, first sentence: he has little time. For a technical manager interview I was asked a VERY low level question - the type of binary tree search algo that you can copy/paste out of a book. No word about anything else. This would have been a decent question to filter out incompetent graduates, but for a position which does not require coding it was blatantly off. Right after the interview I contacted the HR person handling this and told him I resign.
