Agoda Senior Project Manager interview questions

It has 5+ stages, 2 tests and takes 2+ months totally. Delay between interview can be 2 weeks or more. And during this period you get no feedback at all. Spent months with them and got 0 feedback. 100% silence. If this is not a disrespect for candidates who spend time, what is it?

Agoda HR contacted me via Linkedin and invited me to apply for their Bangkok based Senior Product manager role and then I sent HR my latest CV and arranged the first interview. Shortly after that, we had second interview with a senior product manager in their team. The day after the second interview, I got a the rejection email. The process lasted for 2 weeks. According to my experience, Agoda's recruit process has improved a lot, the HR is very professional and gave very detailed introduction to Agoda's business and the recruit process. They no long required the candidates to take online tests before shortlist and the HR even provided me with some materials to facilitate my preparation.
