I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Aurecon (Sydney) in Sep 2021
Interview
Initially contacted over phone by HR. Was asked how I got to know about Aurecon and what I like about Aurecon, my interests, current job status and such. Got another call after about a month to schedule an interview. I found the interview really to be a positive experience. Interview was more like a casual conversation and we talked about the projects that they were involved in. They asked me questions related to the position and my previous experience. Then after about a month I was verbally offered position. It took 2 more weeks to get written offer. Overall the experience was smooth. Only thing is I would have liked if the process was little quicker.
Interview process was a lot of technical questions to test my knowledge in Electrical systems and also any experience with any of their related work. Overall the interview process was quite difficult.
