Aurecon interview questions

A much more personalised interview based on your own set of experiences and circumstances rather than a generic template of questions. Happened virtually, and was interviewed by 3 people - Principal, Team Leader (Auckland) and Team Leader (Tauranga). Very highly reputable figures but made me feel very welcome. Questions were more on the challenging side compared to other interviews I've had - but helped bring out the best in me.

After the usual resume and cover letter submission, there was an online assessment with short questions and a video question. It took about 2 1/2 wks to be notified for round 2.
