I applied online. I interviewed at Aurecon (Auckland, ) in Apr 2017
Interview
I got a phone call from a senior recruitment consultant for an initial chat after about 2 weeks of the application online. Got told the position wasn't available anymore but they were still keen to talk to me to see if I could potentially fit into their company anywhere. Set up a Skype interview between myself and the acoustic panel in Auckland for 2 weeks time. The interview was very informal, more like a detailed chat about my experiences, what I expected, if I got my visa yet, if I was aware of what consultancies role involved etc. All very friendly and didnt feel like it was an interview at all. They were very informative on what the company was like and what the job might involve. Over in half and hour (as it took place at 10:30pm at night time in the UK) and got told what happens next and when to expect to hear back from them. All very positive and wasn't left guessing when I would hear back.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aurecon
Interview
Applied for the 2017 graduate programme in April and got a phone call by August for a video interview at the Brisbane office since the role was for the Melbourne office.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aurecon (Melbourne) in Apr 2013
Interview
HR called for interview. A week later, received a job offer in the mail. The process was overly simplified. I didn't expect the offer in the mail. Three people on the interview panel asking fairly standard interview questions.
