BMG interview questions

Very average process with no hidden motives. While doing the interview everyone was very respectable and helpful. There seemed to be a very big kindness in the way that people worked.

Process was a little longer than usual-questioning consistent with job responsibilities. Interviwer seemed somewhat unfamiliar with the latter scope of responsibilities for the job. I could tell her Management skills and knowledge about the job from a more global perspective was limited. She somewhat lacked confidence in discussing how things are done at other facilities that the company regularly Conklin with to accomplish the same goal.
