I applied for the IgnITe Graduate program at CapGemini. Firstly I had a phone interview with the recruiter, it was mostly her telling me about the role and company and looking at my interest for the role. I then told her a bit about my background and experience that would be relevant. After this I had to do two tests, one personality and one logic. These went fine, she presented the tests and interview for the hiring managers and called me back the week after. I then got invited to an in-person interview at the Stockholm office. The day I had my interview all other candidates also were there, so you got to meet your competition. I had two interviews, one personality and one consultant. We also got a case at one of the interviews, which we handed in. After this, it took a week before getting a offer.

The panal is very supportive during L1 and L2 interview process. The interview questions are from leared technology and I have tried given questions answers during interview. HR is very supportive during each stage of pre onboarding process and the onboarding team is helped me to clear the onboarding process smoothly.
