First the aptitude test, followed by Interview through Group discussion. that's it. The aptitude questions were easy and so were the Interview and Group discussion rounds. We were interviewed by GTT foundation members as they were to train us for the job too.

No communication between the interviewers of different rounds. post having 4-5 rounds last round is HR discussion for compensation which is also standard without much of an understanding of the role and requirement for which candidate is interviewed.
