The process took about 2 months but I obtained the job.
I had to go through 7 interviews, an English test, and a business case.
2 interviews where from HR the others where from the manager as well as other members of the team to assess my fit into the position.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was a walk in in Pune on 9 th June. I got email from naukri.com
I went there at 10 am, gave my resume to HR, she was shortlisting the candidates. The process took 2 hours.
I went for my first round, it lasted for 15 minutes and then i was asked you to leave for the day, saying they will call me for the second round.
I had left my prior company in 8 months because profile was not inclining to my prior experience, so the interviewer left interest in interviewing me, although having exact skill & experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderabad) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was quick about 30 mins. They asked technical questions. And more about myself. It was more of a disscussion than an interview. I was very comfortable talking to them. Felt like I was actually talking to the team I am supposed to work in.
The original problem is the HR of this company . I had given the interview on April 4, 2018 and was called back on April 20, to check if i am still available . And they said it was for someone who can join immediately ( they themselves called after more than 15 days ). I am said I am available and later this HR lady calls me back in another two days to discuss the joining date and salary package . We agreed on a number and a date . She said she will send me the offer by email soon.
They did not send the offer for two days . I called back to know what’s the status and they sorry the position is on hold now. ( How can a position go on hold if they immediately wanted someone to work ?) . I said that’s ok, understandable, but don’t I deserve to be informed ??
This lady from the HR team is so rude she tells me I should have called back and asked them about it ( I was waiting for the offer , how am I supposed to know if the position is gone on hold?)
When I was speaking something , she said thanks and good bye and disconnected the call. So shameless and rude behaviour .
This kind of behaviour from the HR is so disappointing from a renowned company like Capgemini.
The rating of the company goes down because of such people in HR department. Disgusting behaviour and attitude .
