only one round of face to face interview. Then initially i had a telephonic discussion on project and why do u want to switch etc. In the technical round also more concentrated on the previous project. As i was having only 1.3 yrs of experience they asked me easy questions as i was recruited for guidewire.

I got selected but when I asked for the package they showed their cheap standard and asked me to join on package where 3yrs experienced person should.
Will never ever go for this company and will asks others too please discuss about money before going for any round.

Interview
Interview experience was not good overall. Being a senior Java resource, i was judged on basis of all theoretical questions instead of real application and implementation level questions. I believe with such basic questions the candidate should not judged.
