After getting through the aptitude tests and telephone interview, I was invited to an assessment day. The assessment day consists of two tasks - firstly, a group exercise in which you discuss newspaper articles that are relevant to the company and secondly, a one-on-one interview in which you discuss a case study, answer some 'on the spot' technical questions and finish with some competency-based questions. We also received a presentation from a current Capgemini employee.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent (Houston, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
On campus interview. I met with a senior manager specialized in IST, who would friendly talk about his experience. There are typically behavioral questions, and a lot of questions regarding my resume. Especially for someone with no much business background, this is a good test on your skills of explaining technical topics to nontechnical audience.
