Capgemini Invent Developer interview questions

The interview follows a three steps process: A first interview with a technical person, flowed by a written logic test and finally if you succeed both previous steps you are asked to come for a final meeting with the Human Resources where they give you a job offer.

To be efficient for the development for our company...the candidates should have able to compensate their task with our department tasks...interview process should be professional...it should be useful panel to our company.
