Interview
General interview questions about myself and my past experiences. Had to pitch my CV in short with education / professional experiences and what I learned from every position. The second part was an interview about what I know about the company and the division I was applying to (Public Sector Consulting). The questions went pretty deep in comparison with other interviews and were generally concerned with the latest developments in the public sector, the identification of trends and discussing the future outlook of the active areas of interest. They were expecting highly specific answers and industry knowledge. No general answers were sufficient and this is also why I did not get an offer they told me indirectly. Still, one of the best interviews I ever had, they were really nice to talk to and I took something away from the whole interview which lasted about 1.5h. Lastly, I had to pitch my bachelors thesis.
