Capgemini Invent Senior Manager Strategic Workforce Planning interview questions

4 rounds of interviews - 2 "casual chats", 1 meeting with VPs, and a "final fit" chat. Quite a few problems with interviews - lots of shuffling and rescheduling, including last minute rescheduling on the interview date due to something important coming up for the interviewer; the interviewer was late for the first round interview; was asked for my current salary and salary expectations at the start of the process, between rounds 3 and 4, then again in order to draft me an offer after being successful after round 4. Was promised to have an offer to review within a few days, and was then completely ghosted.
