Interview
The interview process was smooth and well organized. It started with an HR screening where basic details, experience, and shift flexibility were discussed. This was followed by a technical round focused on Procure to Pay concepts such as invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor management, and ERP exposure. The interviewer also asked scenario-based and behavioral questions. Overall, the interaction was professional and clear.
