The interview process for the process associate role was straightforward and well- organized. It began with the initial HR screening virtually, where I was asked about my previous work experience, attention to detail, etc. The final round included a basic aptitude test and a short conversation about the shift timing. Although, the process was smooth & it takes nearly a week.
