I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Neu-Delhi)
Interview
It was one of the worst process I have ever seen!
So easy. The online test was so pathetic even a class 10th student could pass, and the time to solve just 10-15 questions was damn 50 minutes.
Nobody could EVER find out how they select candidates from their essay writing techniques.
Technical interview was the one in which there was no technical questions.
Hr was simple.
Why should we hire you? Strengths, weaknesses, etc.
