I had applied for an ABAP developer job which included the online technical exam followed by technical interview. The interviewer goes through the resume and the questions are widely based on what is in the resume. It was a whole one day process. After a week or so I was called for background check. They usually send you an email if you're hired.

Question mostly related to Object oriented programming.
Unorganized.. Interviewed in the month of April.. You are wasting your time attending the interview there.. The panel asks simple oops questions and then says thank you.. As the profile didn't match.. Why do u call wen the profile didn't match.. I saw people came from different states just to attend this and had to go back as their profile didn't match. If the profile didnt match how was it short listed and the call letter was sent.

It was very non managed and non-organised, they had 3 rounds:
first I had a wait for 5 hours to complete for first round. Then I ask to wait , then after one hour I get feedback I am not cleared my first round. Letter I seen the interview panel were just about to go and there are some people who where let to know they not cleared the first round. Just only they want to go early they reject people application. Very frustrating and non professional.
