I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
The interview process at Capgemini was smooth, structured, and well-organized. It began with an initial screening/assessment round, followed by a technical interview that focused on my core skills such as programming, REST APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving abilities.
The technical discussion also included questions on real-time scenarios and my past project experience, where I explained my role and contributions in detail.
After the technical round, I attended an HR interview that covered my background, career goals, salary expectations, and willingness to relocate. The interviewer also discussed the role and company expectations.
Overall, the interviewers were professional and supportive, and the entire process was completed efficiently with clear communication at each stage.
It took 2 rounds. One was online virtual round and 2nd was face to face.
Questions: What is polymorphism?

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Feb 2026
Interview
I was informed there will be 2 rounds and then HR round.
I cleared both the round.
HR round also done with salary discussion
Then at the time of releasing offer they said we need to take one more round and then they rejected candidature.
I would say if you are not sure dont take Hr round and don’t waste your and candidate’s time.
