I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Chennai) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process included three rounds, all of which were conducted in a structured and professional manner by the HR team. The questions were mainly skill-based, focusing on coding syntax and logical problem solving. After completing the three rounds, the HR team asked me to submit the necessary documents, followed by an HR discussion and an English assessment test. Shortly after, I received the offer. Overall, the entire recruitment process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini in Aug 2025
Interview
Interview process took 3 weeks - 2 technical interviews , Too many follow-ups later HR informed I am selected. Hiring process of Capgemini is really worst, BGV team takes lots of time for verification process!! they should improve it. HR's just waste candidates time and don't even bother to receive calls.
