Capgemini Technical Lead interview questions

Attended Interview in Bangalore rmz ecospace office. interview was mentioned as scheduled one but they have called so many people and kept only 2 panel for java interviews. I reached interview location at 10am but interview was conducted at 1 pm. The interviewer was in hurry to finish the resumes, every time he takes five resume asks 4 layman questions and judge on that. Advice to the interviewer: please value the other person time and efforts. And most importantly get on educated on how to take interview.

1. Wriitten test - online according to ur skill set - There is room for online test which is capgemeini standard. 2. two techical - Face to Face About ur project and what you worked based on exp 3. one HR - Salary discussion 4. All are completed in one day itself 5. Waited for 1 hour
