Capital One interview questions

An online assessment followed by a phone interview followed by a 4 hour power day consisting of a coding interview, a design interview, a behavioral interview, and a case (with coding). They give a good amount of resources to prepare. However, I was reached out to regarding roles that were already being filled and ghosted by another recruiter who said I had matched with a role.

The process to interview was was non existent. It seems that the only job postings I saw existed to gather resumes. No response. No acknowledgement of receipt. It was exceptionally disappointing to see jobs that I was an exact match for continually posted (across multiple years).
