I applied online and the recruiter reached out to setup a 1 hour mini-product case followed by the 4 hour power day. Many of the interviewers got on the zoom late, and felt very robotic with their questions and demeanor. There is also a consulting style business case where they expect you to do algebra and solve for multiple variables.

Mini Case interview, then what is called a Power Day which is several hours of intense interviews of behavioral questions, product design cases, and product job fit interviews.
They interviewers wanted to hear the cookie cutter product management answers. They did not understand the difference between a retail product and an internal (platform) product. Book learning and reality are very different.

They need to work on better screening candidates. Went through all interviews and the 4 hour long power day for them to tell me that I did not have the direct experience they wanted which could have been determined the moment they got my resume. They put me through 5 hours of interviewing including two different case interviews which they said I did very well in. And then I got ghosted by the recruiter. The experience was so draining I will never interview here again and will encourage all of my friends to not as well. Most of the interviewers did not seem happy and the last one I had was late and rude.
