Capital One Project Manager interview questions

Very slow process, took over 4 months to get through all the interviews. HR waited until the very end of the process to say that I didn't have enough # of years of experience for the role. Could have been easily been screened out instead of going through 10+ Hours of interviews. Recruiters/HR need to do a better job overall.

Slow, Took forever to get thru the application process and the interview process was twice as brutal. Im happy to share with the GD comm. Looking forward to hearing back from the HR dept.
