Apply online. Called in for 1st interview. Go in to fill out paperwork and watch training videos. The training videos take about 3 hours. Manager will give you a start date and schedule.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Casey's (North Liberty, IA) in Sep 2013

Interview

Pretty easy. I applied in-store. I got an interview the next day. The manager took me to his office and asked me the basic interview questions. Everyone at the store was very friendly. I got a job offer the next day.
