Round 1 interview included the hr officer and hiring manager. Topics related to my experience, my motivation and discussion and the role and their organisation. Round 2 included same 2 people plus a c-suite executive and I was asked to prepare in advance a case study. After I presented, most of the interview was them asking operational/situational questions about the case study and role.
