Unique process... First round was a video call with the Hiring Manager. I guess the second round would be considered more of a super-day. It was on-site with 3 consecutive interviews. Two back-to-back 15 minute interviews with people on the team followed by a 30 minute interview with two HR reps. All conversations were casual and all questions were behavioral/fit.

More of a general conversation with some questions about general experience throughout for the team members. HR asked essentially every situational question you could think of.

2 Tage Assessment Center im kleinen Kreis. Kennenlernen der zukünftigen Abteilung sowie Mitarbeiter im Team. Lösung von Aufgaben und Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen. Challenges in Form von Rollenspielen u.a. Führungsqualitäten unter Beweis stellen. Kaminabend und Übernachtung inklusive.
