I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Manila, ) in Jun 2020
Interview
Because I applied during covid-19, the whole application process was just through the phone and online. It was honestly a smooth process for me. I was called in the morning for the pre-screening and was told that I'd be called again within an hour for the initial interview. After I passed the initial interview, the recruiter sent me an email for a six part online assessment test. Then around afternoon, she called me again to continue the interview, this time asking me some situational questions and she sent me another 3 part online assessment test. The next day, I was called by a different person and said I passed and he gave me the job offer.
