Quite simple, just have a clear speech and articulate your words well enough. Be presentable and make eye contact. Understand what you being asked and be direct to the question. Keep it simple.

It's supposed to be a one day process but become almost two. After initial interview, you're off to assessment. Assessments are easy. Since the application process took up to 10 in the evening, the next day they called me for mock interview. Luckily, it wasn't an chaotic type of mock call. Then before the day ends, got a call from them notifying me to come to the office for signing. Salary was also discussed during the last call.
