Fiz a entrevista dia 20/01/2025 pela plural para uma vaga de atendimento (home office), onde no mesmo dia fui aprovada no testes, isso era umas 20hs do dia 20/01, A recrutadora me mandou msg com data de início 03/02 horário de treinamento, documentos necessários. Só que dia 24/01 me mandou msg me reprovando no teste, pediu para refazer e me deu resposta dia 27/01 de aprovação e que aguarda e a concentrix manda o email de exame e pro envio dos documentos. Tô até hoje aguardando sendo que segunda é 03/2. Não entendi nada dessa seleção, estou aérea até agora, quase 2 semanas nisso, e perdendo entrevistas aguardando resposta, acho isso falta de empatia com agente.

The initial interview process was tedious, We were asked to join a Zoom call where recruiters would ask you questions like a panel interview alongside with your fellow applicants to hear. After the initial interview, I was informed that I was for a final interview and that they will call me instead. I received multiple emails promising my final interview date but I was never contacted for one.
