It was one short phone interview and then a face to face interview (before covid). The questions were easy to answer, mostly about my background, nothing too technical. Then we got a small assignment with the other applicants about our approach to solve customer problems and a typing test. The process was smooth and average I think.

Es beginnt mit gefühlt unzähligen Tests und auch nach Zusage, in den ersten 4 Wochen wird man bombardiert mit Informationen (wohlgemerkt alles auf englisch) und es baut sich ein enormer Druck auf.
