DAI interview questions

An initial phone interview, followed by a second "interview" (which was submitting writing samples and an assigned writing assessment) 2 weeks later, and a final video call interview 3 weeks later. The team was communicative, kind, candid, and thoughtful throughout the process.

I interviewed for the summer internship opportunity with DAI. The staff were extremely nice and professional. The first interview was 30 minutes, it was a general phone interview with questions about my background and interests. The second interview was with multiple members of the team and involved discussing my experiences and interest in DAI's work. The process was quick, and I got an offer within a couple of days after my second interview. I was asked to send two writing samples as well.
