Interview
Unfortunately, the company contacted me about this job opportunity on the internet. I have read the job description and I watched the company's website and I saw that I fulfill all the requirements and I was interested about the company's profile. So I thought why not, I will give it a try, and I started the hiring process with them. In the first round I spoke with a HR person, it was quite easy, because he just asked me some general questions about my carrier. After this, a nightmare came... In the second round I had to fill a test, which was quite weird... although for this position there was no need to have an economical degree or knowledge, it was full with economical questions and calculations. I had no idea how to answer them, because I am an engineer. I showed the questions to my friend too, who is an economist with 10 years of industrial experience in an famous multinational company. Even she had no clue about some of the answers... But somehow I passed the test, because there were logical and other type of questions too. Then they organized an online meeting with the manager. During the interview, he started to ask me weird questions, like how would I improve the sales numbers inside the company... (how would I know, still, I am not a businessman, nor an ecomonist, and I don't even know the company well.) He didn't ask me anything about me or my carrier, I had a feeling that he even didn't watch / read my CV previously. During the interview, he also said hello and waved to some people few times who just passed by his office. I was really shocked. So the interview was quite short, and I was the one who felt very embarrassed about it at the end. I have never seen something like this in my life. That's why, I don't recommend this company to anyone.
