There was a group of candidates. Initially we were asked to wait in the lobby. Later the practice manager came a provided overview of the interview process. After that there were three 30 minutes interviews were conducted.

First meeting was with recruiter - lasted about 20 minutes. Mostly quick review of the role and some quick questions off of my resume. Also asked salary requirements and availability. Closed with how their process works and when I can expect to hear back.
