I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2025
Interview
The entire interview process took around four months from initial application to final decision. It was an extremely slow process, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. Communication was inconsistent, and there were long gaps between interview rounds.
Although the interviewers were professional and courteous, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor timeline management and lack of transparency on next steps.

I got through two interviews, got on great with my interviewers, and then they went silent on me for a long time. The said they would, so I wasn’t too worried. After a month, a reached out for an update. I learned that a different project ran out of work. So they had moved that team on to the project I was applying for. So my vacancy was internally filled and nobody let me know that it was game over. Shame.
