Deutsche Bank's Recruitment: Genuine Interest or a Ghosting Scam? A direct Recruiter-Deutsche Bank at Resource Solutions, initially contacted me on LinkedIn and introduced herself as a recruitment specialist at Deutsche Bank. She expressed interest in my profile for the Product Manager (AI/ML) - VP position based in London. Following her request, I promptly emailed all the necessary information and my updated CV and even confirmed my submission on LinkedIn. However, after my initial submission, communication became one-sided. Despite my attempts to follow up, I have not received any updates, feedback, or communication from Swetha or anyone else from Deutsche Bank. Being ghosted during a recruitment process, especially after being approached first, is unprofessional and a new low-level in recruitment. If this is how Deutsche Bank treat candidates, what would they do with employees?

Applied online and got a call from the recruitment team for a brief chat on the role and salaries expectation. The recruitment team then arrange an interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager promised to provide feedback the week after never came back. Approached the recruitment team who didn't respond and not approachable at all since then.
