I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (New Albany, OH) in Jan 2014
Interview
First there is a phone interview with an HR Hiring Rep.
Then you take two Assessment tests. One is an Math assessment. It is timed and can be difficult. Have a calc. and paper pencil handy, you will need them. The Second is a personality quiz it is long so make sure you have plenty of time handy.
Lastly you have a face-to-face interview with the same HR Hiring Rep.

Question 1
Over the phone they really just want to listen to you speak. So, be clear, personable, concise, and do not use slang.
The assessments are not as easy the first one is the basic test where you are asked the same thing over and over in different ways. Then there is a math part make sure you have a calculator handy and paper.
Face to face is more talking and asking questions about past job experiences as well as one part there put a few mag. covers in front of you and ask you to choose one and why.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Discover (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2013
Interview
Fairly simple. First interview was a phone interview with just a couple of questions, then in person interview which was also simple, and the third interview with upper HR management, which was also pretty simple. Anyone could probably do this interview, just talk about your customer service background or the way you handle yourself in a stressful situation.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (New Castle, DE) in Mar 2015
Interview
Brought in internally for a primary interview after approved by HR. After interview, was notified within a week of the result. Easy process, much easier than external hire, which requires phone screen, two interviews, and background check. The questions were mostly data and analysis-focused, which was suitable for the job. Not a lot of generic gimme questions.
