I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Discover (West Valley City, UT) in Mar 2013
Interview
Hiring department called and conducted a phone interview with basic interview questions. Stated that I was over qualified for the job I applied for, Student Loans, and that she would contact other departments to find a better match for me and never heard back. I called and left a couple of messages with no response.

Question 1
Interview questions are very related to my industry so there weren't any hard or unexpected questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Discover (Deerfield, IL) in Mar 2013
Interview
First was a very general phone interview, may have asked me one question about who was my favorite leader. an hour later I received an email stating I was invited to come down for final round. Final round was very cool, it consisted of 3 1:1 interviews, one of which was a case. A panel discussion about the company, and then a group presentation. If you want to do well, know everything about Discover and how they can improve customer service. I was very prepared for this and blew away then panel discussion, which I believe I was offered the position
